CEO and Founder
For the past 30 years Rowan has been involved in Leadership and Management Training and has for the past 22 years owned his own training company that operates both in South Africa and Namibia as a training provider that offers outcomes based training.
Brandt Von West
Creative Thinking Specialist
Brandt works full time to deliver training sessions that motivate, educate and inspire people. His workshops are designed to be fun and highly interactive.Brandt is an international speaker and a Distinguished Toastmaster. Brandt specializes in training others to not only commincate effectively but also grow their online presence.
Matheus Kangala
Office Administrator
Matheus is the engine room of DNL Training and keeps things flowing smoothly and the friendly person reach whenever you contact our offices. Matheus has a certificate in Management and has also completed several Finance and Taxation courses. Part of his many skills is that he is currently the Vice-President of Education for the Toastmasters Internal Swakopmund Club. Matheus also is a regular article contributor for Decent eNews Australia
